Program Description

PGY-IV & PGY-V

The PGY-IV and PGY-V years consists of 12 months of outpatient psychiatry with both child and adult patients, as well as continued mentoring in research. Residents again continue to work in their long-term programs as well as the Child Study Center research seminar; PGY-IV focuses on long-term child and adolescent psychiatry, while PGY-V focuses on general adult psychiatry and completes the geriatric training requirement.
