During the School Development Program's 30th anniversary symposium Hillary Rodham Clinton, who was the First Lady of the United States at the time, gave the keynote speech on April 30, 1998 at the Yale School of Medicine on April 30, 1998. Dr. James P. Comer articulated his vision of the School Development Program in the 21st century.
